  We are delighted to invite you to our bespoke professional gathering of the year at Linden House, Hammersmith, featuring a conversation on Women in Hospitality with Shirin and Sana, moderated by Sogol Darya.

  
  

  Hospitality lies at the heart of Persian culture, reflecting warmth, generosity, and connection. Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating remarkable Iranian women who have transformed their passion into successful hospitality ventures and connected with fellow professionals in an elegant and welcoming setting.

  Shirin Tahanan is a classically trained chef and culinary educator dedicated to championing Iranian cuisine. Born in Tehran and raised in London, she has built her career around sharing Persian food culture through culinary education, food tourism, and her work as chef-patron of Bergamot Boutique Café, where she celebrates authentic Iranian flavours and traditions with a modern touch.

  Sana Pishgoo is the founder of Cafe Souvas Houn in Shiraz and the founder and executive chef of Shiraz Patisserie in London. She focuses on preserving and reimagining traditional Iranian pastries while maintaining their authentic flavours.

  Sogol Darya Classicist, cultural content creator and founder of Gardesh Guide. Co-founder of the British Iranian Engineers Association and moderator of the event.

  RSVP: To ensure we have ample refreshments and a comfortable space for all attendees, we kindly request that you RSVP by 16 October 2026. After the deadline, if places are available, a flat rate of £60 will apply to all registrants (apply by email).
