Dr. Maryam Bigdeli is both a behavioural neuroscientist and a practitioner. She is an executive coach and programme director at London Business School, a seasoned management consultant, and a teams facilitator with 20 years of global experience advising multinational corporate clients from various industries around leadership, transformation and culture.

Kiana Sharifi is the Head of Talent at Balderton Capital, a leading VC firm in London, where she advises founders and leaders on building thriving teams at scale. Prior to Balderton, she spent over a decade in Silicon Valley as an entrepreneur, marketer, and executive recruiter working with fast growth startups. These experiences led her to her current mission of helping entrepreneurs become exceptional people leaders. Kiana holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University.
