We are thrilled to announce that Dr Danny McGuigan who has been delivering Leadership coaching for more than 30 years will present some of his findings and provide opportunity for Q & A.
Danny provides coaching to executives up to European president level to clients including:

The European Patent Office (EPO) in Netherlands, Austria and Germany, Institute of electronic Engineering (IEEE), Siemens, Fujitsu Siemens and Europol, HCA International, BAA, Cadburys, NHS, University of Glasgow, University of Strathclyde Graduate Business School and many more. 

Danny’s coaching role leads him into training and development interventions in sensitive issues that include Conflict management, Team building and Change management. 
At the core of his training lies the role /power of human emotion to affect the creation, the playing out and crucially, the resolution of everyday conflict, all this underpinned by trust. Danny's academic research on friendship dynamics in the workplace continues to inform his coaching approach to leadership development and especially the achievement of sustained behaviour change.
