Over 24 years industry experience. Worked through a variety of markets from a global financial crisis, Brexit and Covid. Currently CSO for Foxtons - London’s leading agency.

Thomas Davies

Managing Director - Alexander Hall Mortgages

Tom is the Managing Director of Alexander Hall (AH). A part of Foxtons Group, the firm is FCA regulated and one of the UK’s leading mortgage & protection advisory businesses, with expertise across residential, buy to let, offshore, specialist finance and personal protection markets. Tom began his career with AH as a trainee in 2005, rising through the business as an adviser, before taking over the sales function in 2015 and then the MD role in 2022.

 Alex Isidro

Senior Director at Foxtons - Head of New Homes & Investments

Alex began his Foxtons career as a Move Consultant and gaining expert knowledge at every level of London property leading to running the flagship Canary Wharf branch to Divisional Manager to Operations Director. In 2019, Alex took charge of Conveyan, Foxtons panel of solicitors, where he oversaw a 300% increase in Conveyan cases over the following years. As Sales Director he fostered a partnership with BidX1 to create Foxtons Auctions desk. 

Currently Senior Director and Head of New Homes & Investments which incorporates the rapidly expanding Asia Pacific and New Homes Lettings departments including international clients and customers.

James Townsend

Founder and CEO Konto

Kontor provides real estate advisory services to the office and commercial sector. James started the business in 2014 focusing on acquiring office space for occupiers in the tech and creative industries along with the VCs who back them, representing clients such as GoCardless, WeWork, Monzo, and Lyst among others. The business has offices in London and New York. More recently the business has expanded into representing Landlords and Asset Owners with its acquisition of Hedge, a niche Landlord advisory business. Prior to Kontor, James worked at CBRE, DTZ and Helix. In his spare time James is a semi-professional racing driver and lives with his wife Issie and their Bedlington Whippet - Wilf!
